PERFORMANCE

Each semester, my student-employees are asked to provide evaluations of themselves, their peers and of me. Students were to rank me from 0 (low) to 5 (high).  The results from my last four (4) years are highlighted here. 

Some open-ended comments on my evaluations from this past year included:

"James is really good at motivating us to be our best.  Regardless of what we're doing, James will do all in his power to make sure we're doing our job to the best of our ability"

"James greatest strength is his willingness to help as well as his ability to lead and develop those who work for him."

"HIS INVESTMENT: He puts in the time to make sure each and every one of us is working to improve ourselves.  Not just in this job, but he wants you to see the benefit in other areas in your life.  He wants everyone to have fun and really enjoy their job."
